I applied through their online HR portal. I also contacted a friend who worked at DePaul and asked her to forward my resume. I received a call for a phone interview within 2 weeks of meeting with my friend. The phone interview as with HR and went very well. The questions seemed fairly standard, but the representative was both positive and encouraging. She was easy to engage with and seemed motivated to get to know me.
I had an in person interview scheduled two weeks later. The in-person interview was done in a group with the others in the positive along with the manager. They were friendly and helpful throughout the process. I was told I would be contacted with 2-3 weeks about a decision. It took more like 5 weeks before I heard back. I was called in for a second interview where I gave a 30 minute presentation and had a meeting with the Dean. That was more awkward, but it still went well. I received an offer within a week of the presentation.

Interview went well or so I thought. Was ghosted and not updated for months regarding position. Did not get any updates after contacting HR. Even then no one gave me any actual feedback or insight on the interview. FOund out I didn't get it by checking the portal on my own.
