My initial interview with the HR representative went well and she guaranteed me an interview with the hiring manager. She raved about how I was the perfect candidate and how I would definitely be hearing back from them. She even told me that if I got a job offer to let her know because she could speed up the process. About a week after that interview, I got an automated rejection email. I was so shocked that I reached out to the HR and asked for feedback and she gave a brief, "You didn't have enough experience."
