I found the interview process to be challenging but rewarding. Every person I met felt like I had known them for years. Everyone was professional and friendly and eager for me to start. I felt needed and important. The process was straight forward and to the point. I understood that it was done this way to ensure I would be a good cultural fit within Deacom. My first phone screen was a great conversation about my skills and work history. I was invited to come in for an interview and meet other members of the management team. Again a friendly good group of people here. I was surprised at the negative comments left on this site, but was not surprised to see the negative comments coming from those who didn't get an offer. Kindness and hard work will get you far here. Deacom is simply a great place to be.
