Interviewed with 2 senior managers that were in for the day for the explicit purpose of interviewing. Took a intelligence test (this was stupid there was no point to it other then to have fodder to humiliate employees later with how they compared to others) Not really a high pressure interview process. Also interviewed with existing employee.
