HR reached out to me to do a screening. Screening went well. However, they made me jump through many hoops. Behavioral assessment, cognitive assessment, written email assessment and presentation. The interview was for 2 hours with 3 different people. Whom all spoke to me as if I had the job based on my experience. What was weird to me was that during my 2 hour interview the first interviewer said that they cannot meet my salary expectations. (Why even do the interview then - you’re wasting my time) I said i can understand that however, i would like to stay within the range I asked. Interviews all went really well. However, no offer at the end. Wasted my time. If you cannot meet someone’s salary expectations you should let them know from the gate!
