After the online application was submitted I was contacted by HR within 48 hours. I had a phone interview a few days later and within two weeks of applying I went in for my first in-person interview. I met with two of the four team leaders and had a wonderful experience talking with the two team leaders. They provided great insight into their roles, background and experience and how they manage their employees. At the end of the interview they asked me to apply for a higher position and I went through the same process as above, minus the online application portion.
