      leadership is problematic

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, decent benefits, amazing coworkers.

      Cons

      Leadership is a JOKE. You can bring up issues left and right and no one will listen. The director over DDC Advertising is totally absent. The managers are starting to follow suit. The lack of leadership and overall support is laughable. The training is nonexistent and when you aren’t aware on how to do something, it’s suddenly your fault.

      Pros

      Management was fantastic. Helped me grow professionally in my career in more ways than one. I was completely supported during my time there, and learned a lot from my peers/colleagues.

      Cons

      The only con was after a major layoff of management, the dynamic shifted amongst the team. Not the worst, but it felt like that was my sign to explore other work opportunities.
