Gina Palladino, a recruiter from this company, initially reached out to me for an interview—then took days to respond after I followed up. When she finally did, she changed the interview time without even asking me, just sent a new time and expected me to go along with it. I still showed up, gave it my all... and then was completely ghosted. No follow-up. No response. Nothing.
If you’re a company that ghosts candidates after you reach out, you schedule the interview, and you waste someone’s time—that’s not just unprofessional, that’s disrespectful. Companies like this need to be called out. If this is how you treat potential hires, I can only imagine how you treat employees. No thanks. Keep your sales job.
