4 interview with 4 different people, lasted about 30 minutes each interview. Different interviews- technical, elevate, manager. The process was about 3 to 4 weeks. Last interview was problematic as they didn’t show first.

Long process with recruitment and subsequent departments, not much alignment between stakeholders, felt long for the sake of it, almost like they wanted to operate at pace of a startup but with the bureaucracy of a govt company.
