the management team focused too much on negative aspects of the role and in the end was wondering if was making the right decision.
3 stages- hiring team + team director + Area managers.
not clear communication on the task interview phase; sent me a process material to focus on, but I was expected to focus on the product details.

Interview
The interview process was good. They give you a take-home project to work on. The goal is to prepare a kick-off presentation for customer onboarding. I had an interview with two managers, and I had to onboard a new customer.
