Process was fast - from applying on the careers page to the offer letter, it took 10 calendar days! (Yes, that's how fast Deel speed is!) Process was very human - constant communication with hiring manager, quick turnaround on questions, all interviewers took the time to listen to what I was saying and were well prepared for the calls (they knew exactly who I was, my previous experience, showing they prepared well) The process itself was quite straightforward: - Online application - Interview w/ hiring manager + take home test - Interview w/ the 2 co-founders (CEO and CRO) - Interview w/ one Investor/Advisor
