I spoke with a leader on their growth team and a co-founder. During my first interview I was asked to complete a case study, which I turned around in less than 24 hours. After radio silence for well over a week I was then told that they “loved” my case study and wanted me to speak with the co-founder, which I did. Both interviews seemed haphazard and unsure of what they were looking for and I didn’t receive any additional feedback or discussion on my case study. After more than another week of silence, I received a generic rejection email. It seems like Deel doesn’t have a concrete plan or goal for this hire nor do they adhere to timely communication or respect for work product shared during the interview process. Really disappointing.
