I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Deel (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Very quick process. Straight forward and full of substantive questions. Nothing out of the ordinary, really just focused on my background, experiences, and vision for the role. Had the opportunity to speak with mgrs, vps, co-founders and the like. Everyone really took their time to ensure we were a good fit for each other. The more I learned about the organization and their trajectory the more desire I had to join.
