Only made it to the first round, held by the recruiter. I'm used to first-round interviews being high-level and an exchange of introductions of the specific role and your profile. My recommendation for future applicants is to be able to talk about the strategy you'd bring to the role and be specific about why you're looking to join the company at this particular point in time.

The company reached out to me on LinkedIn and booked me in for an interview. I told them in advance I wasn't considering any junior roles given my experience. The day of the interview the interviewer didn't show up and no explanation was received. The next day another recruiter reached out through LinkedIn letting me know that the role scope has changed. Super unprofessional and disrespectful.
