Over two years I've applied for two different positions at Deel. Both times, I engaged in conversation with leadership and was told that a specific person would be following up with me. The first time I spoke with the CEO himself and the second was with a different team leader. No one followed up with me either time.
This is the weirdest way I've ever been ghosted by a company. And it's happened twice. Is it their policy to do this? Tell a candidate that "X will follow up! Looking forward to talking!" and then ghost? Not sure what's going on there. Only at Deel.
It was okay. Asked me a few questions and overall was not hard questions. The interviewer was nice. Came in and gave me a coffee, asked me questions aboit my past and where I want to be.
Was good and very effective, questions well articulated, was served breakfast and lunch as I waited as I was there very early , not much to complain about the guys there
This company will take your information and then ghost you, sending a generic form email from a no-reply address later. Speaks volumes to how little they care about the talent seeking to work for them. You should avoid them at all costs.
