Interviewed twice for Deel, 2 times build a hometask/case.First time I went through and had more convo's super positive and they said they wanted to hire me. Then they ghosted me. Second time, business case done and got a no reply email without any feedback. Asked the recruiter for feedback and got ghosted again. They are a chaos internally and would say don't apply here waist of your time.
