The first round with the recruiter was really chill.
However, I was informed of the outcome of my second round interview within five minutes, as the interviewer expressed that my level of experience did not meet their requirements. Throughout the conversation, the interviewer emphasized the importance of a successful team, and I believe that success is more than just having a certain level of experience. Ultimately, success is achieved through the collective ability and expertise of the team. Obviously, the whole interview process was short and the interviewer didn't want to know you from other aspects if your overall experience didn't meet their requirement.
Fast contact. Prepare a good case of study to present to leads and managers and be prepared for questions and follow up. Was nice to receive a follow up of my interview and know better leads and managers
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deel (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Nov 2024
Interview
Teve uma entrevista com a recruiter inicialmente, depois passei pra próxima com um Lead designer e a apresentação do case com o mesmo Lead Designer e mais um Senior Designer.
