Interview
The first interview with the recruiter was nice. The technical interview was very bad. Two interviewers, one didn't even turn on his camera. They didn't even look at my homework, so I just spent my time doing that. During the whole interview, they seemed to be doing something else in parallel, not really giving attention, as they already wanted to eliminate me from the process. He made me some non-sense questions and comments as well - his english was also poor. If you're interviewing in EMEA, I wish you good luck to not get into the hands of these two indian guys. Don't waste your time in the homework assignment as they will not even look at it and just focus on concurrency part.

Question 1
- How would you design an API to receive a PDF file and process it. The service to process is a 3rd-party one.
1 technical interview, then another interview with the team lead, one cultural fit interview with senior management. There was no leetcode at all but conversations and direct questions. Overall interviewee friendly

Interview
The interviewer showed up 5 minutes late and had the most arrogant attitude I have ever experienced in a hiring process. Big red flag. Constantly interrupting me over small details. Demeaning attitude, not a single smile. It's like they wanted me to fail and feel under pressure. It's okay to discuss different views on architecture. But nitpicking the syntax and tiny details was simply not helpful to anyone. If that's the culture, I dodged a bullet.
