I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deel (New York, NY) in May 2023
Interview
I went through multiple rounds of concise interviews, receiving effective and prompt feedback at each stage. I was given a case study and advanced to the final interview with the co-founder. They were transparent about their work culture, which ultimately led to the decision that it wasn’t the right fit for either party. Despite the outcome, it was a positive experience overall.

Question 1
Build a tactical plan to close partnerships in X sector
The team was open, fair, and transparent. It was interactive, and they seemed to listen intently. It was not clear who the ultimate decision maker was in the process. I appreciated that it was a virtual office company.
Interesting role. Seems like a fast growing startup with a lot of potential. You actually interview with the founders. Process was like any other fin tech company except the one co founder came off as abrasive in our interview. Would not want to work for him.
