Lead designer was clearly not engaged in the interview, answered all my questions with vague answers and during the call was clearly replying to Slack messages or doing some other stuff.

The conversation had a constant passive agressive tone and this gentlemen seemed more interested in highlighting how they only hire the best of the best, and how the design team is the best on the planet.
Fast contact. Prepare a good case of study to present to leads and managers and be prepared for questions and follow up. Was nice to receive a follow up of my interview and know better leads and managers

It was pretty average, with a talk to the HR person, then a talk with the Head of design, a case presentation about one of your previous works and a last one for a possible offer.
