Deloitte Discovery Intern interview questions

I had two interviews for the Deloitte Discovery Internship in January 2025. Each was about an hour long, with two different interviewers. The first interview was more structured — the interviewer went through my resume with me and asked several questions related to the role I was applying for tax. The second interview was much more conversational and relaxed. The interviewer mainly asked about me as a person — my school, my interests, and what I enjoy doing outside of academics. Overall: The process felt balanced between technical/role-specific questions and a personal “get-to-know-you” style conversation.
