Pretty long. Submitted application in February and had final interview today (April). Going to take a month for paperwork, and I should start work in May. Don't be afraid to let them know you really want the job. Emphasis on teamwork and providing good customer service.

Applied online. A part of the online application is a personality assessment, which is an extensive questionnaire that takes about 15 minutes to complete. Afterwards, I received an invitation to complete an online video interview, through HireView. Advise for other applicants is to prepare answers to common interview questions, and also questions listed on this page. Dress formally as if you are in an in-person interview. Currently awaiting results. Process was overall simple.

Interview
The process after I applied, to after I Recieved the face to face interview and then afterwards was long and excruciating. And for how long I was waiting after receiving a conditional offer, it was well worth the wait. A great 2nd job if I may add. And it all went down something like this....
8/20/15 Recieved referral email. Applied 3 times before in the past 5 years. Lol
8/25/15 Recieved HireView online interview and I completed it.
9/13/15 Recieved F2F interview invite for 9/16/15
Recieved conditional offer same day that afternoon of the interview.
9/24/15 physical testing & finger printing and then waiting for a call back. Urged not to call Delta and that we would receive an email or a call on status.(online status never changes until the day they actually call you to give you the "Real" job offer.
10/19/15 Recieved call for solid Position Offer after tests and background cleared. Training starts Nov 2nd.
10/23/15 picked up work badge.
