Straight forwarded interview process - had 3 rounds, 1 with the HR, one with an associate and the last one with the head of operations at the firm.
Wanted to understand what kind of person you were and how you would react in certain situations.
2 interviews involved in the process. One with the operations associate and another with the HR. No technical questions as it is an analyst role not requiring any or much experience.
I applied for the role and completed multiple stages of the interview process. After being asked to confirm availability for a subsequent stage, communication stopped and no further updates were provided. Several months later, the position is still being advertised. Completely unprofessional and I am led to believe the job was never real to begin with. A waste of time and frustrating to deal with.
