The interview process took four months. I attended three interviews and spent many days in total preparing for them. I eventually received an offer with a start date TBC. After a month had passed, I queried again when I would start. They told me to wait another month to see if I could start. After another month, I called and there was no answer. I also emailed the senior consultants for a chat and there was no response either. I also went to their office to see if I could speak to somebody and I was told at the front desk that I could speak to somebody by appointment only. The company should really review its recruitment practices if this is how they treat candidates.
