Applied for senior position, there were around 3 phone calls from HR, and after that I was given a take home task. I've completed it, the next interview we reviewed it and I was told that now I need to sign an offer. The problem that we discussed my salary at least three times, and after another negotiation I was offered around 80% of what I was asked. Also there would be too many background checks and NDAs to sign so I wouldn't bother. Its weird offering below average salary, but expecting for a person to work single job to make ends meet.
