Recruiter reached out, had a phone conversation. Then recruiter ghosted, so I had follow up. I got passed on to another recruiter, who set me up with the hiring manager, passed that round, and got set up with a panel interview. Panel interview was scheduled for 2 separate rounds but ended up being 3 because one of them could not make it to one of the interviews. After all that, recruiter ghosted again. Followed up multiple times to get the generic moved on with other candidates email.
