Interview
Interview process was horrible. After 3+weeks of waiting for a follow up interview due to the hr coordinator inability to attempt to schedule interviews until after 8 pm EST. Once the interview occurred the supervisor from another team stated they were doing this interview for another supervisor and clearly didn’t want to be there. The 45 min interview lasted 15 minutes, the other interviewer showed up 14 minutes late to the interview and declined to ask any questions “I trust you and ended the MS teams meeting shortly after joining.” It’s sad that this company isn’t considerate of people’s time. Obviously, this company doesn’t take the hiring process seriously.

Interview
Call with recruiter that went well than scheduled to video interview. Lead and manager were to conduct interview. Day of I’m on video suddenly it’s canceled . I’m getting a call from the recruiter asking why I was not in the meeting.Which I was and no reason was giving for why it was canceled. I’m not sure what happened it was after this point this started going down hill. Recruiter rescheduled than day before the rescheduled interview. She cancels again and the reason did not make sense. Not enough ppl to hold classroom training and not enough “bandwidth” for shadow training. Then why are you hiring for the position? I am so disappointed and I’m shocked this company is so unprofessional.
