I interviewed recently with Demandbase and have had a great experience with the process. The five-round interview process was comprehensive, allowing me to showcase my skills and learn more about the company's values. The interviewers were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and genuinely interested in my background and ideas. They stressed the need for strong product management skills. Prioritizing skills over immediate industry knowledge highlights Demandbase's dedication to developing top talent. The recruiter with their prompt communication and support, made the entire process seamless.

A bunch of initial emails between uncoordinated recruiters. Finally after 3 weeks a recruiter screen was set up. That was followed up with a discussion with hiring manager and a product sense discussion. Got a rejection email stating that more domain experience was needed but none of the discussions really every spoke about the actual job and my experience. Felt like a waste of time.

Questions were asked that were not needed for the job and you were judged on those. Made little sense to assess candidates as such as it does not add value to the role
