Dentons Trainee Solicitor interview questions

Applied online. Completed Watson-Glaser test and professional styles test. Interview asked for usual competency based questions, with answers requiring the STAR method to be used. e.g. Give me an example of how you were adaptable to a situation. Interviewer then asked questions about the firm, e.g. how does Dentons compete with its competitors.

Had my interview at 11 today. Too much emphasis on the STAR technique. I thought interviews were meant to be natural so that you could be yourself, but evidently not. I will not accept even if offered.
