Offered a easter vacation scheme following online application and first-round interview with HR. Assessed during the scheme itself through a group excercise and presentation. Final assessment day consisted of a written excercise and roleplay, as well as a partner interview which consisted of a case study excercise and motivational/competency questions. Case study was regarding a prospective acquisition of a company and involved some very technical questions.
