3 interviews: phone screen with recruiter, 1st round virtual interview with talent managers, and 2nd round virtual interview with talent director. The recruiter was very helpful; however, she was borderline pushy. And during the 1st and 2nd round virtual interviews none of them turned their cameras on which I found very odd. They called me a couple of times before providing an update to let me know they were interested in my candidacy but things were taking longer than expected, which I understand happens. However, after almost 2 weeks the recruiter called me with an updated and she wanted me to basically make a decision before even seeing the offer which I found extremely odd and off-putting. When I replied that I would need to see an offer before making a decision she let me know that I was misunderstanding her question; however, she kept prefacing the question as "gauging my interest" but would then bring it back to if I would accept or not. I ultimately decided to withdraw my candidacy because I found the whole situation very strange and off-putting.
