Interview
It was a nice conversation with DevRev's representatives. It felt deconstructed and relaxed, and was nothing like your typical interview. They made me feel comfortable, but the laissez-faire mode didn't allow me to "sell" myself as I would've liked to.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. There was a hiring screen, manager screen, peer interview and founder interview. I filled out a lengthy questionnaire about my views and mindset and also met two additional team members after the formal interview process before receiving an offer.
