First I talked to HR which was pretty basic and comfortable. After that, I had an interview with Senior Designer and Team Lead of the project they hunted for, which resulted in a test task. I completed the task and approximately in a week I got an invitation to the final interview with the Head of Design team, my future mentor and my future colleague on the project. Communication with people was very pleasant during all the steps. I had an impression that they were in the same boat with me.
