Pros

Lots of corporate events. Many different projects to work on, as the company essentially rents out its employees. very flexible schedule and the ability to work remotely. They provide equipment - a monitor, mice, and so on - for comfortable work at home.

Cons

Very weak management, which makes decisions based on its own vision and completely disregards the opinions of others. The company's goal isn't to deliver high-quality, long-term results to the client(s); it's to sell clients as many hours of its employees' work as possible. In terms of technology, you won't find any "best practices" or the latest innovations here and there's no real "high-load" here. This is the place to go if you want to gain basic experience in the FinTech environment and are an entry-level specialist. If you're looking for growth, choose another company. Most company zoom calls don't even have action items. there is no decision-making culture.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your experience. We appreciate your acknowledgment of the flexibility, remote work options, equipment support, and variety of projects, especially for entry‑level specialists starting their careers in the fintech domain. Creating accessible opportunities and a flexible working environment is an important part of our approach, and we’re glad these aspects were valuable to you. We also take your critical feedback seriously. Concerns about management effectiveness, decision‑making culture, clarity of action items, and long‑term technological direction are important. As the company evolves, we continue to strengthen core processes, improve leadership practices at all levels, and foster clearer accountability and follow‑through in communication. We understand that expectations around growth, innovation, and influence can differ significantly depending on career stage, and we continuously reevaluate how we support development beyond junior roles. Thank you as well for sharing your advice to management. Feedback like yours helps us reflect on where improvements are needed and where change has a real impact on day‑to‑day work. If you would like to provide additional context or discuss your experience further, please feel free to contact us at dxfeedback@devexperts.com.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to know that you enjoy working in the fintech industry and value being part of a multicultural environment. It’s great that the nature of our work, along with compensation, benefits, and opportunities for international collaboration, contributed positively to your experience. We appreciate your comments on areas for improvement. We're actively working to improve our overall rewards approach and to strengthen collaboration across cultures through clearer policies and corporate communications training. We also recognize the challenges of working with internal frameworks and are continuously investing in improving our technologies and tooling to better support our teams. Some of our projects, indeed, require an on‑site presence several days a week. This is driven by the high‑risk, highly regulated nature of the industry and strict client security policies. While we understand that this can limit flexibility, we aim to ensure that other aspects of the role, including the work itself and team environment, help balance this factor. Thank you again for your honest input. Feedback like this helps us move forward. If you would like to share more details, please feel free to contact us at dxfeedback@devexperts.com.
