      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Devexperts (Tbilisi) in Jun 2024

      Interview

It was horrendous. Managers asked different questions about working in this field, and they didn't give any specific data or details to have better understanding and context of the question. Moreover, they said that there was no right or wrong answers, but in reality they were extremely judgmental when my answers were not aligning with their point of view.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked me to write a review letter about one of the employees based on a reviews from team lead and project manager during the interview. They gave me 15 minutes for this. After I wrote it, they were paying attention to grammar and punctuality more than content of this letter.
