The interview process began with a practical task — I received several screenshots and was asked to identify and mark any irregularities or bugs. This helped assess my attention to detail and basic understanding of UI/UX and QA principles. After completing the task, I had an online interview with two QA specialists. During the interview, we discussed my solutions, talked about different testing approaches, and I answered a few situational and technical questions related to QA. The whole process was smooth, well-organized, and focused both on practical skills and communication.
