The interview process was disorganized and protracted. Given that they reached out to me, after the initial phone screen, I had to prod them for each step of the process. Timelines were missed at each step. The office environment is a cacophony of industrial and open office space chaos. People should probably be required to use hearing protection and hardhats while inside. The conference "room" I was interview in was an unventilated cell. At one point I assumed I'd been ghosted since after the on-site I heard nothing event after reaching out for more than 2 weeks. At that point they scheduled a time to talk and provide a verbal offer. It was insultingly below market for a comparable stage startup. They said they would see what they could do and would get back to me in a couple of days. That was 4 weeks ago.
