Went for 2 interviews. The hiring manager himself was late for both of them. 1st one - late by ~20 minutes 2nd one - late by ~45 minutes (I think he forgot) The other members of the interviewing panel were very professional and apologetic. They were also very helpful in communicating what the job entails and asked how I find myself contributing to the company.
