The interview for this postion was easy. The interviewers talked about my resume and other experiences. There was some things where the interviewers were just lazy in. They never asked if I knew anything about fiber or how to terminate it. I asked questions about how they would train me for this role and couldn't give me an answer. Kinda of a mixed bag. Some things were good and some weren't. Hence the neutral experience.

Interviewed twice over the phone with Insight Global Staffing agency, and once in person at their Rosemont office. Told them I would like to work in a data center instead of being in an office downtown. They thought I was a great fit for this role, and I interviewed over the phone twice with the regional and national Remote Hands managers. We also thought this was a great fit, so then I came to the data center and met the local team and interviewed with them and took a tour of the facility. I started the next day.
