I had a phone screening with a recruiter based in the UK. We spoke for 30 minutes and he said I gave very strong answers and that he would schedule a follow-up interview with the manager and get back to me later that day. The next day, after not hearing back I followed up and no response. Very unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this company. Several months later I noticed they were still looking to hire.
