Great opportunity to practice patience and being zen. You'll have plenty of time to work on it. The product is not good at the moment but could improve if anyone ever finds proper product team to work here.

Cons

Where to begin. A masterclass in chaos: no structure, no vision, no empathy or proper culture. No acknowledgment of wins. No feedback needed to learn from mistakes.
