The interview process was really pleasant, thorough, clear and really created a picture of what the job and the environment might look and feel like. I got to meet number of people who consistently left a very positive impression of the company. The technical interviews presented tasks which simulate what real problems might look like and tested my coping with them, they were challenging but relevant to the job description and my personal experience. In all steps I felt relevant, respected and that they really want to get to know me to see if there is a match. I did get the feeling that they know what they do in terms of technology, management and HR. There is deep, relevant and various technology used, the managers (I got to meet at least 3 levels of them) seemed sharp, and knowledgeable both in technological and soft skills. In terms of HR I felt really comfortable telling about myself and what I'm actually looking for, the questions I was asked really reflected that they know what they are doing in terms of how and who they hire. In all the process there was emphasis on being transparent on the expectations and presented a carrier growth path.
Eden, Daniel, Lior, Dana and Gal wanted to thank you for the process, keep doing what you do!
The process consisted of the following steps:
1. preliminary call with recruiter/HR,
2. 30 minutes introduction call with the hiring manager (team lead),
3. 1.5 hours (on site face to face) of technical interview with the team lead and an architect
4. 1.5 hours meeting with the VP of engineering
5. 1 hour HR interview
6. 45 minutes meeting with SVP engineering/General Manager
I ended up not accepting the offer, mainly due to the timing (as I was already offered by another company prior to the end stage), but I think had I met them earlier I would definitely accept, and would definitely recommend a friend to try going there. Seems like really great place to be: really nice people, deep technology and pleasant office and environment.
