I applied online. I interviewed at Digitas (Boston, MA) in Jan 2021
Interview
The entire interview experience has been SUPERB - very thought-out and engaging.
It first started with a call from the recruiting team, followed by a virtual f2f with two senior leaders where you do a short presentation on an exercise to showcase your PM knowledge and qualification; and finally, it's a call with two hiring managers to discuss the day to day and Q&A. I actually had an additional round to meet two other hiring managers because they assessed my skill sets which will be best utilized with this team.
Overall, it was seamless and very engaging. All the people I talked to along the way are very friendly and down to earth, I enjoyed the conversation a lot and forged great connection with them. The whole process took 2 weeks and I got the verbal offer right away, and the official offer came in the week after.
