I applied via an employee referral and was contacted quickly to do a phone screening with the recruiter, which lasted about 20 minutes. From there, I did a 2 hour virtual interview the following week, with 4 people, each conversation lasting 30 minutes or less. Everyone was kind and happy to answer questions. The process went by quickly, receiving an offer the day after my interview.
