I submitted my portfolio and a video about why I thought I "was a unicorn" (unique question). I got an interview and went in. They were very kind and essentially just asked me why I'm interested in marketing and working at an ad agency. I had applied for copywriter but the interviewer thought that I would be suited for an art directing internship, so overall just very conversational. They were very friendly and told me that I was in the top two candidates, but they were going with the other person.
