Complete joke. SO easy. Had one initial phone interview with the HR recruiter, one in person interview with two people and they barely asked about skill sets, more behavioral questions. Then one last phone interview with the VP of the team.

The interview was as informal as the application process. I'd got the interview through networking/friends and the interview was more of a chat. I went to the offices and meet my manager. We chatted, got on and I got the job.
