Digitas interview questions

Introduction interview through zoom for the first round where they find out more about your background as well as their work. For the 2nd round, followed by a design challenge, to work on (5 days) and present after.

Applied online, recruiter reached out a few days later and scheduled phone screening. We discussed my experience and two teams that were hiring. She forwarded my application to one team and I interviewed with 3 people. Entire process took about two weeks and received an offer within 2 days of my last interview. Recruiter was super friendly and told me to call them directly and let them know how I felt after each interview if I wanted to. I applied to this company 5 times over a span of 4 years and didn’t even get an interview until my 5th try.
