I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Discovery, Inc. in Aug 2019
Interview
They misrepresented the interview process to me, adding a very long software challenge that follows their vague guidelines. I spent an afternoon on it came up with what I thought was a pretty good solution given the time constraints and they ghosted me, so don't @ me for posting it verbatim:

his assessment is for a role on our UI Engineering team. The assessment will likely be completed in 2-4 hours, but is not timed. Use your judgement on how much time you’d like to spend completing it and submit your solution in any state of completion you wish as long as you feel the underlying gist of your architecture and coding capabilities are fairly represented.

I interviewed at Discovery, Inc. (Stockholm, Stockholm)
Interview
Was a rather difficult but fair process. I had two technical interviews and one was on coding level, while the other one was on architecture-level. I did both online as covid was happening around this time.
HireVue interview questions. This was the first round, it included behavoiral questions, about 3. Next part of the HireVue interview was techincal mutliple choice questions. The techincal questions weren't time consuming, just basic concepts
Automated video interview and multiple choice test. Both were relatively straight forward, and the MC test focused on basic coding knowledge from common languages such as Java, C++, and Python.
