I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Discovery, Inc. (London, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
This company was by far the most disrespectful one i've ever interviewed for.
Got approached by an internal recruiter on linkedin who scheduled an initial call. The day of the call, i logged in to the hangouts but she never showed up. I emailed and messaged but it took two days for her to get back to me and say she would like to try to arrange another one.
The day came and same thing, she did not show. I emailed and message and never heard again.
A month later i got approached by ANOTHER internal recruiter there acting as if nothing had happened. After mentioning my story he apologised and said that person was actually fired.
I gave them another chance and had the recruiter call, did the technical exercise and was then called in for an in person 3h interview.
I showed up and no one could tell me one thing about the job! Everyone said: "oh yeah im not actually sure what we;re hiring you for, i was literally just asked to do this interview".
The next day i got a call from the internal recruiter and he said things were moving to an offer... I paused him and said: "Wait, i havent actually heard anything about what job they want me to do or team, etc.". He said he would get someone from the actual team to call me and chat.
A week later he calls me and say: "Yeah, we think you'd be a better fit for a different team but they'd like you to interview again".
They put me through another 2h of video interview, bombarding me with technical questions, and at the end of the 2h15 (because it ran long) they said: "Sorry, we are out of time and we have to go to a meeting, we will be in touch. No time for questions, no explanation again on what they were hiring for.
NEVER heard from them again. Extremely disrespectful for a company this size, making a candidate waste over a month in interviews.

I interviewed at Discovery, Inc. (Stockholm, Stockholm)
Interview
Was a rather difficult but fair process. I had two technical interviews and one was on coding level, while the other one was on architecture-level. I did both online as covid was happening around this time.
HireVue interview questions. This was the first round, it included behavoiral questions, about 3. Next part of the HireVue interview was techincal mutliple choice questions. The techincal questions weren't time consuming, just basic concepts
Automated video interview and multiple choice test. Both were relatively straight forward, and the MC test focused on basic coding knowledge from common languages such as Java, C++, and Python.

They asked about my favorite current TV show, couldn't think of any whoops.
