I applied on disneycareers.com (where all jobs for Disney owned companies and properties are posted) and was asked to submit basic information about myself, my education and employment history.
The next day I received an email stating that based on the information provided I was selected to participate in a web based interview. This was an approx. 50 question, strongly agree/strongly disagree type, "test" to determine you character and personality. Use common sense. After completing the Web Based Interview and submitting answers I was immediately redirected to a web page telling me I could now schedule a phone interview.
My phone interview was very basic and easy going. It lasted 5-10 minutes and resulted in me getting hired.
It was on zoom with a recruiter. First they called me if I'm still interested in the position and got scheduled a zoom interview with the recruiter. I was previously on the waiting list for around 4 months which is a long time.
